This is my favorite Epica ballad .Althought it's the softest song from TPA,it still keeps that dramatic atmosphere in it,unlike ballads like Solitary Ground and Safeguard To paradise,which tend to be more emotional.I love it for its simplicity,and the lyrics are so beautiful and sad,and I really like the video aswell.In fact this is the only Epica song I could ever sing without forcing my vocal chords too much

This song is amazing. It has such beautiful lyrics! And I totally love the way Simone sings it; her voice has got such an amazing colour in the "This black page ..." part!

Simone's voice is so good in this song, especially the 'This black page...' part! Love it!
