Gigs!

Unfortunately, I didn't attend the festival because suddenly, my Mom didn't let me go.

It hurts like hell! A friend of mine even won a meet'n'greet pass for Epica and he's got a pic with Simone. (He also visited their signing session at the fest.) I advised him to buy her a plush animal for a present and that's what he did. He also bought some present cards and told me Simone said she sleeps with plush animals. Isn't that sweet? I do that, too.

Ohh I'm so sorry Elodie, damn... *huggles* I can imagine how it hurts.
I hope you will still get to see them one day.

But oh..hehe Simone's so cute, and that's nice of your friend he bought her a present. Do you know what the setlist was?

I haven't found the setlist yet.

Otherwise, he called me and asked what to buy for her. He bought her a plush husky.

Oh Elodie,I'm so sorry for you I know how it feels when you cant go to see your favorite band live...I went to this festival,surprisingly because I had no idea I was going,but sometimes luck comes at the right moment

I missed the signing session as well Because I went there a little bit too late...But Isaac poiting at ME(and I knew when a person points at me) during the concert was robably the best memory of the gig

Well,first of all Bulgaria is a beighbour country,and 2nd Kavarna is very near to the romanian border so the trip was quite long but still not extremely long

I will try to attend their concert in Lithuania,I have a friend there,but I'm not sure that it will happen because it would be rahter expensive for me..but if they add a date in Romania or Serbia I will do the impossible to go

I promised you to tell something about the concert, so here I gooo!

I was standing in the front of Yves. The support act, Ex Libris, didn't seem to amuse the audience (once again) and their guitarplayer pronounced Epica wrongly again (Épica). So was kinda bored and was having a chat with the fans around me during their performance.
While the soundcheck was taking place, the firealarm rang. There wasn't any fire, it was because the smoke from the stage. Because of that the soundcheck took a little longer, but Epica was totally worth waiting for! Simone sang beautifully and the band seemed to enjoy their show with the (for Dutchies) enthusiastic audience. Isaac threw me a guitarpick and Simone threw her bottle

I used the Canon 1000D + the 18-55 mm kit lense. I';m saving money for better lenses.
