Tjis is the longest Epica song,and also has the most complicated structure.Although I didn't really like it in the beginning,now it groes on e every day.The orchestra parts are fabulos,best orchestration used by Epica so far.I love the lyrics,they are some of the best I've seen.I can class tji song into the progrssive metal genre,as Fools Of Damnation.

This is an epic song! I love the way its structure has been built up. It's great that we get this orchestral part in the middle of the song and the part after it... those guitars and drums there are simply awesome! Lyrics, Simone's vocals and grunts stand out for sure as well. In my opinion it is one of the best Epica songs.

I love the structure, how it starts out classically and ends up as a metal song.

Certainly one of my favorites from TDC, especially the ''reach out, touch infinty," lines and
"we need to be innocent to live the life we've lived for so long
we need to be deaf enough to live the life we live right now"

This song is amazing... I remember showing it to my music teacher, who wasn't really into metal, or so she said. She absolutely loved it.
It truly is a masterpiece....!!

My music teachers hates me so I dont think she'll ever allow me to bring metal at school.

However,last year I brought a Queen CD to my music class and she said I had a good music taste But still hat doesn't make me less hated

2 or 3 years ago I brought an Epica CD (The Phantom Agony) at school and listened to it on the stereo in the classroom..nobody liked it

Oh that's so cute of you.I wouldnt dare to do that at school,actually I'm not allowed with the exceptions of some music classes.

But back on topic I really think TDC is a very underrated song.Yeah it might be a bit too long but still it's very complex and progressive..just purely EPIC.I love it
