I absolutely love this song!
I dont think i shall ever get bored to it, it's true masterpiece!
10min's of pure epicness, it's very effective specially live

I already discribed here CTO as my fav song so I will just quote myself.
"This song has everything what Epica is, operatic Simone, grunts, choir and it's a very complex song. Plus, I just love the lyrics and its meaning of course. What I also love about Consign to Oblivion is that it has a quite dark atmophere but generally it calms me down and it's very enjoyable to me. I'm glad they play it as a last song most of the time."
Really, I cannot help but flowing with this song every time I listen to it!

Consign To Oblivion was probably the only song I hardly get into it,it was too heavy and too complicated for my taste when I first heared it but through time it became one of my favorites.I don't know it's different from the other songs from CTO,and I simply love Mark's grunts who had taken the main vocals here.The lyrics are just pure masterpiece,and exactly like Gosia this song calms me down aswell,and I love how it usually ends the setlist No doubt why it WAS Mark's favorite song

I know ,but it's just too hard to choose between them .I mean KoH is so progressive and complex but CtO has more of the 'epic' feeling.Oh and 'Chasing the Dragon' has emotion .Nah now I have three songs that I cant decide betweeen
